wanted: ua (user acquisition) director for a very profitable gaming company in tel aviv. this is a full-time hybrid position with extremely high salary and great additional benefits.    job responsibilities: ● manage the ua department across a variety of marketing channels, networks and platforms. ● set strategy, deadlines and own the marketing budget and meet the kpis. ● oversee day-to-day operation, team performance and report on metrics. ● analyze kpis for continuous optimization of paid acquisition to achieve volume, quality and roas (return on ad spend) goals. ● conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities. ● develop and coach the teams and talents, discover training needs and create an inspiring team environment.

job requirements: ● 5+ years of experience in running large scale global ua campaigns. ● 3+ years of managerial experience as a ua director or from a similar role. ● deep understanding of the pc gaming ecosystem. ● hands-on experience with sem, social, native, influencers etc. ● excellent analytical skills and expert proficiency in excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, advanced formulas, data manipulation etc.).  ● fluent english - both verbal and written.
