About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on VP Marketing to lead our marketing operations in Israel.

You will be the voice of the brand, owning both strategy and execution: managing end-to-end campaigns, building demand, and positioning our multiple products across diverse audiences.

You’ll join the executive leadership team, report directly to the local CEO, and work closely with the global CMO.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and executing the local marketing strategy across B2B & B2C.
• Managing and mentoring brand marketing managers, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leading digital performance, demand generation, and brand campaigns.
• Driving growth across six business lines in a matrix structure.
• Managing external agencies and service providers.
• Owning a significant marketing budget (~5M ILS) and ensuring ROI-driven decision-making.
• Staying at the forefront of digital marketing, performance, and AI-driven marketing innovation.

Who we’re looking for:

• 7-12 years of proven senior marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a VP Marketing / Director / Head of Marketing role.
• Background in tech, mobility, SaaS, fintech, or app-based products.
• Strong digital and performance marketing expertise - demand generation, lead acquisition, analytics.
• Hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic, startup-like environments while bringing strategic vision.
• Track record in managing brands, launching new products, and creating impact in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication skills (Hebrew & English), both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Tech-savvy, curious, open to innovation and AI-driven tools.
• A team player with zero ego, collaborative mindset, and ability to lead by influence.
• Relevant academic degree (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration).
