We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Salesforce Specialist to support our growing Salesforce environment and assist in delivering impactful solutions across Sales, Marketing, Success, and other business functions

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks, including profiles, permission sets, record types, and page layouts
• Provide day-to-day support to end users, resolve tickets and escalate complex issues as needed
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, and record types
• Assist in the development and maintenance of flows, validation rules, and other declarative automation tools
• Ensure data quality through mass data updates
• Document changes to configurations and processes
• Support testing and deployment of new features
• Work with stakeholders across different time zones to support business needs and coordinate configuration or issue resolution

Requirements

• In the 3rd year or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related fields preferred) OR completed a Salesforce Administrator course, with the ability to work at least 4 days a week
• Basic understanding of information systems
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (basic functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables – a must
• Comfortable working with SQL - strong advantage
• Basic understanding or previous experience with Salesforce – an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of data structures
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow
• High level of English - both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
