A leading defense manufacturing company based in Netanya is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner (Global MRP/Planning) to join our Operations & Planning team and lead coordination international subcontractors.

This is a key position for candidates with strong experience in ERP, production scheduling, and material management, who are ready to take ownership and work in a fast-paced global environment.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Manage material flow and shortages in ERP systems (Priority – a must)
• Run MRP, open and manage work orders, and schedule production across multiple lines
• Perform material simulations, inventory management, and PO tracking (advancing, postponing, canceling)
• Handle issues related to shortages, scrap, warehouse usage, and supplier coordination
• Collaborate daily with international subcontractors (US, India, Thailand, etc.)

✅ Requirements

• Relevant academic degree – mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of warehouse, procurement, and supply chain processes
• Hands-on experience with work orders and material timing
• High proficiency in ERP systems, especially Priority – must
• Familiarity with engineering and configuration management processes
• Prior experience working with international subcontractors – mandatory
• Knowledge of Agile PLM system – an advantage
• High-level English and Excel – must
• Availability for flexible working hours (to support global vendors)
• Strong organizational skills, high service orientation, and the ability to thrive under pressure
