About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, professional, and performance-driven individual in the field of real estate collection and contract management with an operational orientation to join our organization. This position reports to the group and is intended for a proactive professional who is capable and willing to handle various financial and administrative aspects of property management.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Finance – Invoicing, Collections & Budget Management

• Manage all aspects of rent, fees, and commissions related to properties in Israel.
• Set up lease contracts/agreements and partnership agreements in the property management system (SAP Business One) and maintain data throughout the contract's lifecycle, including updates and amendments.
• Oversee the collection process, collaborating with outsourced accounting firms, reviewing daily collection reports based on bank transactions, and updating tenant balances accordingly.
• Communicate with tenants regarding rent charges, invoice clarifications, and handling tenant inquiries, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information provided.
• Monitor property management company budgets.
• Act as the main point of contact for all clients/tenants, ensuring continuous coordination with their accounting departments.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with all clients and tenants.
• Control and overview tenants’ guarantees and renewals.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of three years of experience in collection management within commercial real estate.
• Previous experience in a similar role in back-office management – a must!
• Proficiency in CRM and office systems – SAP Business One is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• A bookkeeping certificate/Strong accounting background is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills, precision, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creativity and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Experience with management reports – aging debt reports and KPI reports.
• Experience working with a similar yield-focused or shopping center Real Estate groups.
• Proficiency in English.
