Responsibilities:
- Managing tasks from the specification phase through acceptance testing, including writing test documentation.
- Advancing and developing testing methodologies.
- Working closely with development teams, product departments, and project managers.
- Implementation of automated and manual testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / certification in a relevant field - required.
- At least 5 years of experience in automated and manual software testing - required.
- Experience in leadership or people management - required.
- Experience in automation development - required.
- Experience working with Jira - required.
- Experience in API testing - significant advantage.
Personal Skills:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
- Leadership capability
