**On your day to day

**In this role, you will provide first-line IT support for software, hardware, and network issues, assist new employees with setup, equipment, and account access, and troubleshoot and repair laptops, peripherals, and common connectivity problems. You will also learn to configure and support tools such as Google Workspace, Identity Provider (IdP), and Mobile Device Management (MDM), while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with the security team on IT security best practices and gain exposure to automation tools and scripting to help improve workflows.

What Will Make You Stand Out?

• ~2 years of experience in an IT support or Help Desk role.
• Familiarity with macOS and Windows troubleshooting.
• Experience with Google Workspace or equivalent productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Curiosity and interest in workflow automation and scripting (experience is a plus).
• Team player who can also work independently
• Good communication skills in Hebrew and English.
