Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-sale calls with potential customers (qualified leads), providing professional information and guidance through the sales process.
• Coordinate and oversee the entire sales cycle: customer needs assessment, professional consultation, creation of tailored proposals, and closing deals.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, manage pipeline data, and ensure accurate tracking of opportunities.
• Generate performance reports and monitor departmental KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and service teams to streamline processes and continuously improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in telesales / sales coordination – must.
• Previous experience in the solar energy industry – strong advantage.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management – required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing time in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, fast learner, and ability to make decisions in real time.
