This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates across the MENA region.

About the Role

As an Online English Tutor, you will deliver engaging, interactive, and effective English language lessons to learners of various ages and skill levels. You will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive virtual learning environment, helping students build confidence and achieve their language learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live, interactive English lessons through the platform’s online teaching tools.
• Design lesson plans tailored to students’ individual needs, levels, and learning objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback and track student progress over time.
• Encourage participation, foster a motivating learning environment, and address students’ questions.
• Incorporate digital resources and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with the platform’s academic team to ensure consistency and quality of instruction.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson completion, and student performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred).
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience, ideally in an online setting.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with virtual classroom tools and online teaching platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and engage learners in a remote environment.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability to work with diverse student groups.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not required.
