We’re Hiring: Systems Analyst – Digital & Web

A leading healthcare organization is looking for a Systems Analyst to join its Information Systems Division and take part in shaping advanced digital solutions across Mobile & Web platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and identify digital trends.
• Write detailed functional specifications (Frontend & Backend).
• Collaborate with UX/UI, development, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support implementation, training, and ongoing optimization of digital assets.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant training (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in digital (Mobile & Web).
• Strong understanding of UX and digital technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advantage: experience with healthcare systems.
