Varonis is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge security solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of data protection and cybersecurity in the AI Area.

**Role Overview

**As Senior Product Manager for Varonis Email Security, you will own the product lifecycle for one of the most strategic areas in our portfolio. You’ll work at the intersection of data security, threat detection, and AI, shaping how organizations defend against advanced email-borne threats such as phishing, BEC, credential harvesting, and malware.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, threat research, marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver innovative, differentiated solutions that protect our customers’ most sensitive communications.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Varonis Email Security, aligned with our data-first security approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, threat research, and marketing, to deliver innovative security products.
• Analyze customer pain points, market trends, and the evolving threat landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Drive end-to-end product development, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Partner with customers, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate solutions.
• Clearly communicate product vision, progress, and results to executives, clients, and internal teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching successful cybersecurity solutions (preferably SaaS).
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant cross-organizational initiatives and influence without authority.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering impactful, user-centric solutions.
• Advantage: Deep expertise in email security, including phishing, BEC, credential harvesting, malware distribution, and spam protection
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Advantage: Experience with AI-driven security, Microsoft 365, and/or integration of third-party security platforms.
