We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager leader to join our product team and lead our SAAS platform for marketing teams. Your mission will be to create products that will allow marketers to create early, trust-worthy and well-informed performance marketing decisions, based on Voyantis’ LTV and Conversions predictions engine.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the formalization of a new B2B SAAS product end to end - ideation, planning, development, launch and iterations
• Work together with engineers, data scientists, sales and CSM, UX design, and other key stakeholders in the company, along the product life-cycle
• Intimate understanding of our customers, to define use-cases and requirements and identify new business opportunities
• Contribute to shaping Voyantis’ competitive strategy
• Define metrics, analyze usage patterns, and solve problems that block us from reaching our goals
• Navigate in a fast-growing startup, where the product development and business requirements are rapidly evolving

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B SAAS product
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to convey complex requirements in a precise and clear manner
• Great leadership skills with a high sense of ownership and decision making skills
• Experience in working together with design team and defining end to end UX flow, performing UX research and usability tests
• English proficiency is a must
