About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our finance team. You’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and readiness for growth. Working hand in hand with our Controller, and a professional group of bookkeepers, you’ll help shape the financial backbone of a fast-growing organization that operates across borders.

What You’ll Do

• Handle end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple legal entities.
• Record and reconcile sales, assets, vendor invoices, bank reconciliations, and credit card accounts.
• Track and manage vendors, accounts payable, and balance sheet items with precision.
• Drive month-end and year-end closings, preparing reports ready for audit and consolidation of financial statements.
• Partner with the team to deliver profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow insights that fuel decision-making.

The Right Person

• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2+) – must.
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in global companies
• Strong English (written & verbal).
• Prior experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite & Salesforce – advantage).
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and a team player who does what it takes.
• Ability to look beyond bookkeeping entries - see financial reports, analyze data, and support decision-making.

Hybrid and Flexible Model:

• Hybrid model: 3 days from home, Mondays & Wednesdays from the office. Availability to work twice a week in the evenings.
