F2 Venture Capital, an early-stage VC firm based in Tel Aviv, is in search of an Operations Manager. This role is pivotal to our team, acting as the primary contact for founders, investors, and guests, and managing vital parts of our daily operations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Executive Support: Provide comprehensive executive and personal assistant support to the firm’s three partners, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings.
• Front Desk & Office Operations: Take full responsibility for the front desk, greeting guests, handling calls, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will also manage daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of office activities, inventory management, and project coordination.
• Event and Employee Experience: Plan and execute events for the F2, including our pre-seed platform and investor meetings. You will also enhance the employee experience by supporting onboarding and organizing team events and activities, and coordinating thoughtful gifts.

This is a full-time position located in our Tel Aviv office.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Communication: Fluent in both Hebrew and English with a knack for building relationships. You should be a "people person" with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an expert in time management and multitasking.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Mindset: A proactive and positive team player with creative problem-solving skills and a talent for enhancing office culture.
• Advantage: Prior experience in a similar role (e.g., administrative assistant or office manager).
