UX/UI Designer – Freelance (Maternity Leave Cover)

We are seeking an exceptional Senior UX/UI Product Designer to help shape and craft a product that's simple, intuitive, and data-driven. You’ll join our Product Team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences – from early prototypes to final implementation – while ensuring our products and features are valuable, intuitive, and executed at the highest level of craft.
• Leverage strong communication and collaboration skills to work within dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional teams. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver seamless user experiences with a premium look and feel.
• Contribute to strategic decisions shaping the future direction of Harmonya’s products.
• Define, craft, and evolve designs within our visual and design systems.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience designing and shipping complex systems/platforms, building data-driven end-user experiences.
• Proven experience delivering 0→1 products from concept to launch
• Strong ownership of both UX and UI aspects of the design process.
• Hands-on experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Figma – mandatory.

Advantage:

• Experience designing products with AI models at their core.
• Hands-on experience working with ChatGPT or other generative AI tools to design, prototype, or optimize user experiences
