I’m hiring for a fast-growing cybersecurity startup that’s revolutionizing the industry with a groundbreaking, technology-driven product. The company operates globally, serving enterprise B2B clients, and is in a rapid growth phase — both in terms of product development and commercial expansion.

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the Product department and take ownership of the end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional projects. The role involves working closely with multiple teams — R&D, Product, Operations, Sales, and Research — and requires both technical understanding and strong project leadership skills.

This is an opportunity to play a central role in delivering mission-critical initiatives, ensuring alignment between product vision, customer needs, and technical execution.

What you’ll do?

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
• Translate product and customer requirements into clear, actionable project plans
• Define milestones, manage schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate between Product, R&D, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment
• Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive solutions proactively
• Take responsibility for project outcomes, ensuring technical excellence and top-quality delivery
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation and high-level design overviews
• Support customer-facing processes — from onboarding to integration — with a strong technical understanding
• Utilize advanced project management tools to manage workflows and improve visibility across the organization
• Continuously look for ways to optimize internal processes and increase efficiency across teams

What do you bring?

• 3+ years of experience in project management within a technological environment
• Proven customer-facing experience with technical products
• 2+ years of experience working with global B2B clients, ideally in roles such as Technical Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Professional Services Manager
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product, Operations, and Research
• Strong technical aptitude – ability to understand, discuss, and document complex technical concepts
• Hands-on experience with configuration tools such as JSON, XML, and YAML
• Experience in creating detailed design documents, mapping configuration capabilities, and providing clients with clear solution overviews
• Proficiency in advanced project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving mindset, proactive approach, and ability to drive projects independently
• A team player with high interpersonal skills, capable of motivating others and fostering collaboration across functions
• Excellent presentation and reporting abilities, with a clear and structured communication style
