On behalf of a growing translation and language services company operating across the EMEA region, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize business operations. This is a full-time remote role, open to candidates across the EMEA region.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will play a central role in managing daily operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth delivery of translation and localization services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners to uphold service quality, improve efficiency, and support the company’s growth in a fast-paced international market.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of translation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Manage relationships with translators, linguists, and third-party vendors across multiple regions.
• Coordinate with project managers and client service teams to align operational priorities.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and internal quality controls.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance management of operational staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within translation, localization, or professional services.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams across international markets.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.
