What will your job look like?

• Source and evaluate acquisition targets aligned with Amdocs’ strategy.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Negotiate terms and manage stakeholder alignment across functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth acquisition and integration planning.
• Present deal rationale and progress to senior executives and the Board.

All you need is...

• Significant M&A experience including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation as a lead deal maker (vs. leading a professional silo like Finance, HR, or Just PMI).
• 6+ years in corporate development, investment banking, or consulting.
• Understanding of telecom/software markets and strategic fit analysis.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• BA in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
