Role Description

We are looking for Tier-1 Technical Support Representatives to join our Customer Support Center in Rosh HaAyin (Afek Park).

This is a full-time, on-site position.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our customers, ensuring quick issue resolution and excellent service experience. You will troubleshoot payment and POS system issues, guide customers through solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards.

Start Date: October 27, 2025 (Training Course Launch)

Location: Afek Park, Rosh HaAyin

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for POS and payment solutions via phone and remote tools.
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of support activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with Tier-2, QA, and R&D teams to continuously improve support processes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting (hardware/software/network).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew; basic technical English required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work full-time in shifts, including alternate Fridays and Saturday evenings.
• Prior experience in the payments, POS, or technology industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience — an advantage.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL (e.g., SELECT queries, data checks).
• General understanding of networking concepts (IP, ping, VPN).
• Familiarity with Windows environments, installations, and remote support tools.
• Experience working with CRM / ERP systems.
• Prior exposure to POS systems or credit card processing – a strong plus.
