Join our Aviation Division’s Conversion and Upgrades Plant as a Mechanical Systems Engineer. In this role, you will lead the design and development of advanced mechanical systems for aircraft conversion and modernization projects.

The position includes:

• Leading the mechanical systems design for aircraft conversion and upgrade programs

• Managing the development of new conversions and supporting serial conversion programs

• Performing analyses, calculations, simulations, and tests for all aspects of mechanical system design integrated with electrical and avionics systems

• Interfacing with other engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical/electro-mechanical design), customers, system suppliers, and subcontractors

• Defining system requirements and technical specifications

• Evaluating alternatives to optimize weight, cost, and risk

• Defining and supporting prototype testing and development activities

• Managing certification processes with multiple aviation authorities

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering – required

• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering – an advantage

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical systems design – an advantage

• Extensive experience working with aircraft maintenance documentation (Boeing / Airbus) – an advantage

• Experience in systems engineering and project management – an advantage

• Familiarity with aircraft systems and development processes

• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a dynamic environment

• High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) – required
