We're looking for a proactive, sharp data enthusiast with strong analytical and technical skills. Someone who can translate business challenges into analytical solutions and lead their execution from end to end. The kind of person who will build strong partnerships with leaders and influence decision-making based on insights generated.

In this position, you will:

• Work closely with all different departments throughout the company (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, etc.) and lead data solutions from the ground up
• Developing and running ad hoc reports and analyses to answer critical business questions and identify opportunities
• Delivering informative, intuitive, and actionable reports and dashboards for monitoring KPIs, identifying relevant business trends, and enabling self-serve analytics
• Constantly monitor our business results and provide insights in real time
• Provide methodologies to accurately measure performance
• Writing non-trivial SQL queries and aggregations, and using Python analytics and statistical tools

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Business/Data/BI/Product Analyst
• Hands-on experience with automation of analytics tasks with AI tools - advantage
• SQL expert with knowledge of data warehouse concepts; understanding databases and cloud systems
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Exceptional business-oriented thinking and the ability to think strategically
• Experience with building data products with BI tools ( Looker, Tableau, or any BI as Code tool)
• Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Someone who can self-manage, think creatively, and is detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Python for data prep and analysis
• Multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamically changing startup environment
• Ability to build and manage a team in the future to support our growth

Advantages
