Join our dynamic Finance Department as a Budget Control Economist. This role offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise to high-profile global projects, playing a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our financial resources, and driving budgetary efficiency and control.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Budget Control professional, you’ll be responsible for:

• End-to-end management and ongoing oversight of project budgets, including: development, procurement, and construction projects, which involves comprehensive data analysis, efficient data consolidation, and consistent, accurate reporting to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborating closely and daily with project teams to monitor expenditures, forecast costs, and address any budgetary deviations proactively.
• Develop and implement effective cost control strategies for projects.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, budget adjustments, and relevant documentation.

Reports to: Budget Control Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics – A must.
• 5+ years of experience in budget control within a project-based /industrial / engineering company – A must.
• Experience in budget control for construction projects – Significant advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and BI platforms – A must.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
