**You’ll be required to work at the office 3 days a week.

**_We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of BigPanda’s AI-driven incident response platform. You’ll join our Runbook Automation team, working at the cutting edge of Agentic AI - using LangGraph, Kubernetes, and LLMs to turn natural-language runbooks into safe, auditable workflows that accelerate incident response.

__This team works at the heart of our product strategy, building features that improve reliability for some of the world’s largest enterprises.

_What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack features in React and Type Script
• Develop and integrate AI-driven workflows using LangGraph and LLMs
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver user-centric solutions
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices
• Drive performance, reliability, and usability improvements across the platform

What Skills And Experience You’ll Bring To BigPanda

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Node.js)
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
