We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a passion for technology and innovation. You will play a key role in building and enhancing our platform, collaborating closely with product and professional services teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the Dot Compliance Suite application
• Design and implement features that improve user experience and system performance
• Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality, scalable code
• Develop applications on the Force.com platform
• Build and maintain cloud-based microservices on AWS
• Provide technical support for production environments
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to align with business needs
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Analyze business models and customer requirements to design Salesforce solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and development best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with clean code principles and architecture best practice
• Passionate about learning new technologies and programming languages.
• Eager to expand skills in emerging tools, frameworks, and development languages.
• Basic experience with Node.js/TypeScript/Java
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
• Self learner with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university/college
