TikTok Shop Agency! – TikTok PPC

Are you passionate about TikTok Ads and ready to shape the future of eCommerce? We’re Israel’s first dedicated TikTok Shop agency, helping brands grow with breakthrough TikTok campaigns. We’re looking for a TikTok PPC Specialist to join our growth team, no minimum years of experience required, but you must have hands-on TikTok Ads skills and a strong sense for creative performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Launch, manage, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns (Spark Ads, UGC, conversion-focused, catalog, etc.)
• Analyze video ad performance-spot winning creatives, trends, and make actionable recommendations
• Work closely with creators and content teams to develop and iterate on ad assets
• Manage budgets and adjust campaigns for best results
• Build and test new audiences and retargeting strategies
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends and creative best practices
• Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize performance
• Collaborate with growth, influencer, and product teams

Who You Are:

• Hands-on experience running TikTok Ads for brands, eCommerce, or DTC (agency or in-house)
• Comfortable analyzing video performance data (views, engagement, CTR, watch time, etc.) and providing clear feedback
• Collaborative, data-driven, and proactive
• Organized and ready to work in a dynamic environment
• English required; Hebrew a plus
