Role Overview:

• Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across multiple channels (voice, chat, email).
• Integrate with customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so agents can execute real-world tasks.
• Build and maintain internal tooling in TypeScript, with a focus on reusable components for agents and shared use.
• Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, demo solutions, and iterate quickly.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ship high-quality, production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to processes, documentation, and best practices that support scalable AI development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in * * Computer Science or a related STEM field * * .
• Native-level proficiency in one of the following - Mexican Spanish, Colombian Spanish, Argentinian Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese. Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Strong, hands-on skills with * * APIs, backend logic, and system integrations * * .
• Solid programming skills; * * TypeScript * * experience is a strong advantage.
• Previous exposure to * * technical, customer-facing roles * * (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with * * monitoring, dashboarding, or analytics tools * * (e.g., Datadog) is a bonus.
