Responsibility:

• Work with stakeholders and PMs to deliver design solutions to our app and web Learning Platform, Marketing Funnels, Checkout and other digital consumer products
• Conduct user research along PMs to understand user needs and gather data
• Grow product design culture and processes while collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams to create user centric data driven design solutions
• Play a key role in shaping the vision and strategy of our growing products, experiences, and visual language, driving the company’s growth while bringing real life value and insights to our users.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years designing user-facing mobile products, with a portfolio that highlights user flows, interaction design, and design thinking.

• Formal training in design (degree or equivalent experience).

• Strong ability to communicate and explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders, colleagues and developers.

• Confidence to influence direction and ambition to grow with the product.

• Curiosity for trends and technology, balanced with solid design methodology.

• Comfort and confidence using both data and intuition when making design calls.

• Very high proficiency / Native English Speaker
