We’re Hiring: Production Engineer | IoT Hardware Startup | Full Turn-Key Manufacturing | Hands-On Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to help us scale our manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for IoT devices and electro-mechanical systems.

🔹 Provide hands-on technical support for assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

🔹 Lead NPI transitions from prototype to mass production.

🔹 Manage Full Turn-Key manufacturing with global CM/ODM partners.

🔹 Collaborate closely with suppliers - especially in China and Asia - to ensure quality, cost, and delivery.

🔹 Drive continuous improvement, yield optimization, and cost reduction using Lean / Kaizen methodologies.

What You Bring

✔️ B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience in production, manufacturing, or process engineering.

✔️ Proven experience managing contract manufacturers and Full Turn-Key projects.

✔️ Background in Electro-mechanical product development - plastic injection, PCB assembly (SMT), wiring harnesses, system integration.

✔️ Experience with DFM/DFA, NPI, and product validation.

✔️ Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Fluent English – experience working with suppliers in China/Asia is a strong advantage.
