**We are looking for a highly capable, discreet, and dynamic Executive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the executive office, requiring outstanding organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What will your job look like?

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for the CEO, managing communications, priorities, and stakeholder interactions with professionalism and discretion.
  • Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and seamless coordination of meetings, events, and engagements.
  • Facilitate follow-ups from leadership meetings, tracking action items and ensuring timely execution.
  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the executive office team, ensuring smooth workflows and proactive problem-solving.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle all situations thoughtfully and responsibly.
  • Manage expense reporting and budget tracking for the executive office.
  • Plan and manage complex travel itineraries, including international logistics and accommodations

All you need is...

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in executive support or operational roles, preferably in a global or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask effectively, and manage competing priorities with confidence.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. Ability to anticipate needs and act with discretion and independence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, professional presence.
  • Native-level Hebrew and outstanding English- both written and verbal.
  • High availability and flexibility, including evenings and weekends when required.
