Location: Akko, Northern Israel

The Akko Center for Arts & Technology (A-CAT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring hope, creativity, and opportunity through art, technology, and education.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic and mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and daily operations

Handle correspondence and communications in English and Hebrew

Prepare documents, materials, and presentations for meetings and events

Attend meetings, record minutes, and track action items

Support recruitment processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews

Draft and edit reports, summaries, and internal communications as needed

Qualifications

Fluent/native proficiency in English and Hebrew (spoken and written)

Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or executive support

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and independence

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Experience working in a nonprofit or community-based organization
