We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Success & Operations team in Hod Hasharon (onsite, no hybrid option).

This is an entry-level position – the perfect opportunity for candidates eager to grow their career in IoT and supply chain visibility solutions. Full training and mentoring will be provided!

What you’ll do:

✅ Respond to customer and partner inquiries (email, chat, phone)

✅ Guide users through device activation, platform login & shipment tracking

✅ Troubleshoot hardware (cellular, GPS), platform, and data-related issues

✅ Document cases and escalate complex problems to senior teams

✅ Support preparation and deployment of IoT devices

✅ Learn and grow through hands-on product & operations training

What we’re looking for:

🔹 High school diploma (Bachelor’s in IT/Logistics Tech – a plus)

🔹 6–12 months of experience in tech support / IT helpdesk / similar role

🔹 Basic understanding of computers, cloud platforms & mobile apps

🔹 Strong communication & customer service skills

🔹 Curiosity and willingness to learn IoT & supply chain systems

📍 Location: Hod Hasharon – onsite only (no hybrid).
