As a lead for our Strategic Production Management (SPM) clients, you'll be at the epicenter of client satisfaction and operational success. You're Good At

• Building and nurturing strong client relationships for maximum satisfaction and retention.
• Conducting insightful business reviews and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
• Leading and supporting a dedicated team in delivering exceptional service.
• Implementing process improvements and managing operational challenges effectively.
• Analyzing data to track ROI and driving insights for account growth.

You Might Also Have

• A four-year degree or equivalent experience in the Meetings & Events or Production & Content space.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management and operational delivery.
• Five years' experience in Event Production
• An innate ability to communicate and connect with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to craft compelling presentations.
• A knack for adapting to new challenges and pivoting strategies as needed.

You Should Know

• This role is Virtual and operates on Eastern Standard or Central Standard time
• This role requires travel, up to 50% annually

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Operations & Account Manager, Strategic Production Management _is between $75,000 - $110,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
