💼The Role:

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll support multiple operations teams to improve performance, efficiency, and delivery quality. You’ll translate data into action, standardize processes, and collaborate closely with Real-Time Operations (RTO), Partners, and Couriers to enhance on-time delivery, user experience, and unit economics.

This role blends analytics, field execution, and cross-functional coordination to turn insights into measurable KPI wins and scalable solutions.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the Operations team with ideas to scale processes and procedures.
• Provide analytical support to Operations and partner teams to boost efficiency.
• Develop analytical frameworks to help the department make better data-driven decisions.
• Plan, execute, and monitor initiatives to improve KPIs with practical, results-oriented solutions.
• Continuously explore and analyze core metrics to enhance end-to-end operations.
• Build simple, effective tools and dashboards to increase visibility of performance and progress across the team.

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong SQL skills (must-have) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with Python or similar tools for analysis or automation.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Qlik, or Google Data Studio.
• Structured problem-solver with a passion for analytics and clear storytelling.
• Bias to action and comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operations-heavy environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
• Fluent Hebrew and/or Arabic are strong advantages for on-the-ground operations in Haifa. English is a plus**.**
