We’re looking for a passionate creative to join our Marketing team as a Social Media Content Specialist. In this role, you’ll shape Lumen’s online presence by crafting compelling narratives and engaging content that resonates with our global audience.

This involves generating innovative ideas, crafting briefs and scripts, driving campaigns and collaborations that boost brand awareness and engagement, with a strong focus on working closely with diverse content creators in the U.S. market.

Wake up for this:

• Establish and deliver a coherent social media strategy to strengthen Lumen’s growth, retention, and brand awareness
• Own and manage day-to-day content operations across multiple social media channels
• Lead influencer and brand collaborations, from inbound requests to proactive outreach, giveaways, and partnerships, with emphasis on the U.S. market
• Source, curate, and share user-generated content (UGC) while building and nurturing relationships with creators and ambassadors
• Lead the way Lumen’s campaigns and activations are brought to life on social media
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and mentions to maximize our brand perception
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting
• Coordinate with paid campaign managers to align social media strategies with paid advertising efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimized spending
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Manager, Creative Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role in a global B2C brand/startup
• Portfolio showcasing your work - A MUST
• Skilled multitasker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Oktopost, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Background in content creation, video, and copywriting
• Hands-on experience with image and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop)
• Native or highly proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience working with content creators and influencers in the U.S. is a strong advantage
• A creative, data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
