A cybersecurity company developing cloud-based systems that enable secure and fast enterprise communication. The company’s goal is to reduce IT complexities by unifying communication and security capabilities into a single cloud platform, improving efficiency and speed in security processes while keeping operational costs low.
The solution provides full enterprise communication capabilities, bridging the gap between the needs of digital businesses and the expensive, slow, and inflexible networks of traditional telecom providers, using a Cloud-Native Carrier architecture.
The company is located in Tel Aviv, within walking distance of the train station, operates a hybrid model with two days from home, and employs around 900 people globally, with approximately half based in Israel.
The role involves managing a team of 4 developers with a hands-on approach (50%), reporting to the Engineering Manager. The team primarily works in Java and React, and utilizes PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and AWS cloud.
Requirements:
- One year of managerial experience
- 4 years of Java development experience
- Experience in cloud-based development
- Experience working with microservices
