A MedTech startup combining AI and 3D printing to revolutionize personalized medicine. The company developed an innovative platform that fully automates the planning and execution of customized surgeries.

The system can convert medical imaging (CT/MRI) into 3D visualizations, enable simple surgical planning, and produce custom surgical tools or implants at the push of a button within minutes. The solution has already been used in hundreds of surgeries, demonstrating proven product-market fit and backed by prominent SaaS investors.

Located in Tel Aviv near the light rail, the company operates a hybrid model with one day from home per week.

The team currently has 13 employees, including 6 in development.

The role is for a Backend Developer, focusing mainly on Node.js with some Python, working in AWS, PostgreSQL, Microservices, and handling DevOps tasks.

Requirements:

• 5 years of backend development experience in Python and Node.js
• Strong PostgreSQL knowledge – query optimization, database design, RLS
• Experience with AWS services – EC2, S3, SQS, Lambda, RDS, EKS
• Hands-on DevOps skills – CI/CD, Docker, infrastructure automation, Terraform, Kubernetes
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset
