We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Document Management team.

You’re welcome to work hybrid from Israel.

In this position, your responsibility will be to:

• Take responsibility for document management with internal and external contractors.
• Prepare agreements, reconciliations, reports, and other documents for counterparties.
• Process reports and ensure they are correctly formatted.
• Work with accounts receivable and payable.
• Interact with other departments (legal, accounting) to solve problems.
• Advise stakeholders on processing transactions.
• Take part in special projects.

We expect you to have:

• 1+ year of previous work experience, in a similar role. Preferably from an AI, technology, software, or similar industry.
• Spoken and written fluency in English and Hebrew.
• High attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with the main types of closing documents (invoices, receipts).
• High attention to detail and able to work with large amounts of information.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, to fully understand issues and setting tasks accordingly.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

It will be an added bonus if you have:
