Role Overview

We’re looking for a Fintech Operations & Support Analyst who is curious, proactive, and eager to grow into the crossroads of Fintech and AI.

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate (or early-career professional) in Industrial Engineering and Management or similar, who wants to build the next generation of automated operations and back-office workflows supporting core Fintech cycles such as: customer on-boarding, payments, compliance, underwriting, and credit operations.

You’ll learn how global payments flows, credit scoring, and compliance ecosystems work — touching deeply into the way business work and sales, while helping design internal processes that use AI and automation to scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day back-office operations: data reconciliation, transaction verification, and onboarding processes.
  • Work with data providers, and payment partners to maintain data quality and ensure smooth integrations.
  • Assist in developing and automating workflows using AI across operations units.
  • Analyze operational data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
  • Help document and standardize operational procedures for scalability.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and R&D to define process logic for AI and automation tools.
  • Hands-on engineering of internal projects focused on AI and automation in areas identified as mission critical to the seamless operation of our company

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in Fintech, and AI.

  • Highly curious, self-motivated, and proactive — able to work independently and learn quickly.

  • Native English speaker, with excellent communication and documentation skills (Hebrew a plus).

  • Flexible work hours to support customers worldwide across time zones.

  • Internships and past work experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following:

  • Financial data APIs or data aggregation platforms.

  • Payment / Compliance / KYC / AML operations.

  • Exposure to global payments, credit risk, or lending processes.

  • Experience with automation tools.
