Job Description:

A large public defense organization in Tel Aviv (near the train line) is seeking an experienced System Analyst to join complex and innovative projects.

The role involves analyzing business needs and requirements, defining implementation approaches for new systems, and leading end-to-end processes from design to deployment.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a System Analyst in complex information system projects, including process analysis and development support.
• 3 years of experience working with Agile methodologies, including hands-on work with JIRA and writing user stories.
• 2 years of experience in defining multi-interface systems (APIs, ETL processes) and full proficiency in SQL.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using AI tools for drafting and generating functional and technical specification documents.
• Proven experience working with development, QA, and business teams.
