We are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to join us at Tigapo, a Nayax company, and be part of a pioneering cloud-based management and payment platform designed specifically for amusement centres.

Our innovative system leverages IoT and data-driven insights to optimize operations, enhance customer engagement, and streamline the user experience. With a growing global footprint and a passion for transforming the entertainment tech space, Tigapo is redefining how fun meets functionality. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Front-End Developer to us. In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge web applications, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading the front-end development efforts and setting technical direction for the team.
• Building and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications using React.
• Collaborating with designers to implement complex UX/UI designs and ensure visual excellence.
• Mentoring junior developers and promoting best coding practices.
• Taking ownership of architecture decisions and front-end project delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React - must
• Deep understanding of React Hooks and modern front-end patterns.
• Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven experience implementing complex UX/UI designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Redux, Next.js, or React Query.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience in SaaS or payment platforms.
