About the Role:

Kolnoa peer – one of Tel Aviv’s leading fitness clubs – is looking for an energetic, service-oriented Front Desk & Sales Manager who loves people, fitness, and creating a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Managing daily front desk operations

Leading the reception and sales team

Providing excellent customer service and building long-term member relationships

Promoting club memberships and ensuring high conversion rates

Coordinating with management and other departments

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Sales and customer service experience – a must

Positive energy, motivation, and leadership abilities

Passion for a healthy lifestyle
