**As an Analog Layout Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of complex analog and mixed-signal circuit layouts. You’ll lead multiple layout blocks, leveraging advanced process technologies to meet demanding performance, reliability, and integration goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and verify complex analog circuit layouts, ensuring compliance with DRC, LVS, EM, IR drop, and ESD standards.
• Develop and apply advanced layout methodologies to improve efficiency and design quality.
• Collaborate closely with circuit design and process technology teams to achieve optimal design outcomes.
• Execute detailed floor planning and signal routing for critical analog paths, optimizing for area, power, and performance.
• Lead multiple layout blocks concurrently, delivering high-quality results on schedule.
• Identify and resolve design and methodology issues across tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in analog layout design.
• Proven expertise in advanced process technologies and analog design fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a cross-functional, multi-site team environment.
• Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools and verification flows.
