**Job Description

**We are looking for an R&D Team Leader to join our team and lead the development of Risk Management. This product manages and analyzes risks across multiple CyberArk services, making it a critical component of our platform.

In this role, you will lead a team of :6 engineers, guiding them in building an innovative product with significant influence on its design, capabilities, and technology. You will oversee the security, quality, performance, and maintainability of the product, while driving best practices in software engineering, data modeling, code quality, security, observability, and operational excellence.

You will manage delivery plans, track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Collaboration will be a key part of your role, working closely with Product Management, UX, UI, and Technical Writing to deliver a seamless user experience.

This position requires strong technical leadership, the ability to adopt new technologies quickly, and experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will lead your team through the full software development life cycle in an agile-oriented environment, ensuring the use of cutting-edge solutions and architectural best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in the software industry (preferred python).
• 3+ years of experience as an R&D team leader.
• Skilled in relational databases and SQL.
• Experience and knowledge in cloud services, AWS preferred.
• Experienced in microservice and event-driven design and development.
• Experience with serverless development is an advantage.
• Strong background in designing and developing scalable SaaS applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Product, UX/UI, and Technical Writing.
• Skilled at identifying risks, monitoring progress, and proactively resolving technical challenges.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Elite alumni graduate or Computer Science degree or similar experience.
