Our Development Process Management Team at a leading tech company is looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to support, implement, and enhance engineering tools used by over 1,500 developers and engineers across the organization.

What you’ll do:

• Support and consult development teams on engineering tools and best practices.
• Implement and maintain development methodologies within tools like JIRA, ALM, Polarion, and more.
• Manage system maintenance, upgrades, and documentation.
• Conduct training sessions and accompany teams through tool adoption and process improvements.

What you bring:

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• 2+ years as a Site Administrator for engineering systems in a large organization.
• Experience with process implementation and system integrations.
• Scripting abilities.

Nice to have:

• Related Bachlore degree - Information systems
• Familiarity with multiple ALM tools.
• Atlassian JIRA Admin Certification.
• Experience with server upgrades and maintenance.
• REST API development experience.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and processes.
