System Analyst (Web) – Leading IT Company

Location: Tel Aviv | Near train line | Hybrid model

Join one of Israel’s leading companies in the field of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for Human Capital Management.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for analyzing an advanced system consisting of several modules.

You will work extensively with databases (SQL Server), preparing high-level Detailed Design documents that include mockups, selection queries, and creation and update of database objects (views, tables, etc.).

You will work closely with development teams, implementation specialists, and product managers in an AGILE environment.

The position also includes end-to-end project management and leadership, as well as defining new and complex features and modules in large-scale systems used by some of the biggest organizations in the market.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Science – mandatory
• Proven experience in system analysis and writing high-level technical specification documents (Detailed Design) – mandatory
• Hands-on experience working with databases and SQL Server – mandatory
• Strong understanding of Web systems, interfaces, reports, and integrations – mandatory
• Experience in leading projects and working directly with clients – significant advantage
• Familiarity with IBM 3270 emulation screens – strong advantage
• High ability for self-learning and handling technological challenges
• Responsibility, creativity, and strong analytical thinking
