We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to gain exposure to all aspects of accounting and financial operations in a fast-growing global company. The ideal candidate will support the Controller in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses to maintain accurate ledgers.
• Collaborate with the Controller and external auditors during interim and annual audits.
• Help implement and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures across the company.
• Work with local accountants to ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements in all relevant jurisdictions.
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of ERP and financial systems.

Requirements:

• CPA qualification with Big 4 experience — mandatory.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a high-tech or gaming background.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/US GAAP) and financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Office tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Priority, SAP) — advantage.
• Excellent English and Hebrew communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
