We’re an early-stage startup operating in stealth mode, looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the company’s hiring foundation from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels
- Drive sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
- Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit across skills, values, and culture
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities
- Manage candidate experience to ensure a high-touch and professional process
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment operations where relevant
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a startup or tech environment
- Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms and channels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of English – both written and spoken
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
