🚀 Project / Product Manager – Defense & Cutting-Edge Technologies | Central Israel

We’re looking for a Project / Product Manager to join a leading high-tech company engaged in national, strategic defense projects.

This is an opportunity to take part in shaping large-scale, multidisciplinary technological programs that impact Israel’s security and innovation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead complex defense projects throughout their full lifecycle — from concept to production
• Define milestones, manage execution, and coordinate between engineering, procurement, and production teams
• Participate in defining system requirements (SOW) and procurement specifications
• Conduct techno-economic analyses to support decision-making and project prioritization
• Review infrastructures, participate in engineering change committees, and oversee production readiness

Requirements & Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, Propulsion, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in techno-economic analysis and project management
• Proven background in development and production projects (advantage – defense industry / IDF / IMoD)
• Strong technological understanding and ability to integrate engineering and business perspectives
