**In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

**We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join our DevOps Infra team, which is responsible for managing and evolving the cloud-native infrastructure that powers our microservices architecture. The team oversees our EKS-based Kubernetes platform, argoCD pipelines, infrastructure observability, Helm-based deployments, and mission-critical web services in AWS.

**Role Summary

**This position is a backfill for a key role on the team. The ideal candidate will bring deep Kubernetes expertise, strong experience in observability tooling, and the ability to independently take ownership of infrastructure components in a fast-paced environment.

**About You

**Technical Skills – Required:

• Kubernetes & Helm: Very strong hands-on experience, including Helm templating, advanced workloads, and production-grade deployments
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong experience with Terraform (or equivalent tools) is mandatory; the candidate must be proficient in managing infrastructure lifecycle through code, using modules, remote state, and automation best practices
• AWS Cloud: Moderate-level experience with key services (e.g., EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, EKS, etc.)
• Observability: Strong knowledge and practical experience with Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, and related alerting/monitoring stacks
• ArgoCD: Solid experience managing GitOps-based delivery workflows and troubleshooting sync/rollout issues

• Self-learner: Demonstrates initiative and ability to ramp up quickly on new tools, systems, and architectures
• Independent worker: Capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision while collaborating across engineering teams
• Strong interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork – able to work effectively with developers, SREs, and other stakeholders

Nice To Have (Bonus)

• Experience with cost optimization tools and cloud-native security practices
• Prior involvement in building or supporting high-availability systems
