Tnuva’s Technology & Data Division is seeking a senior leader to lead our sales and service systems department, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce. This strategic role combines technological leadership, team management and innovation-driven project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of sales and service information systems across the organization.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of ~15 professionals (implementation, development, QA), providing mentorship and professional guidance.
• Professional management of multiple systems and applications such as Salesforce platform and all its products, Cimax call center for consumers, B2B Orders App, Sales Managers App, Sequence and more.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of implemented solutions across all systems.
• Monitor and control work plans, timelines, and performance quality, while providing strategic consultation.
• Drive complex cross-organizational projects and processes in collaboration with business units, tech teams, and external vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – required.
• Significant experience in managing professional teams – required.
• Experience as a Salesforce system manager – an advantage.
• Familiarity with sales and service domains, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and multitask.
• Strategic and business-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal communication.
• Quick learner of new technologies.
